How It All Started

My name is Sucheera, a fully qualified Thai holistic
massage therapist, and I would like to welcome you to
Amara Thai Therapy. I have over 10 years of experience &
specialize in Thai massage, providing excellent treatment for
chronic muscular pain, injury rehabilitation and or pain
caused by everyday activities. Deep tissue massages is aimed
at the deeper tissue structure of the muscle and fascia, also
called connective tissue. It is similar to Swedish massage, but
the deeper pressure is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle
knots or adhesions. One often feels sore for a day after the
massage treatment.
After qualifying in Adult Nursing, I decided to supplement
my career with additional skills that would help me provide
a more complete health care service. I believe that
traditional and modern ways work well in managing our
health in today’s modern society.
I had the opportunity to attend extra massage courses in
Traditional Thai Massage and Thai Foot Massage in
Bangkok, Thailand, to improve my skills and techniques.
Further more, the experiences I have achieved have
expanded my knowledge and skills in a variety of
therapeutic massages. This educational trip also made me
become more enthusiastic and dedicated to my work as a
therapist. The massage school in Thailand is known to be the
most famous massage school in the world, which is called
‘Wat Po Traditional Thai Medical School’, it is also known as
‘The first and original Thai Traditional Medical School in the
World’.
